We also collect information through an automated chatbot available on certain U.S. pages of our website. The chatbot provides real-time answers to product or company questions you submit. We partner with vetted third-party providers to operate this chatbot. Those providers are contractually required to safeguard your information, use it only for the purposes we specify, and delete or de-identify it when no longer needed. We do not sell or share chatbot transcripts for independent AI training or marketing by unaffiliated parties.
